The Manager Trainee is an individual with a high sense of urgency who thrives in a fast paced environment. They appreciate learning new skills and enjoy being productive throughout the day. They are friendly, helpful, outgoing and passionate about great customer service. They enjoy working with clients, and have a desire to lead, mentor and train employees. They have a technical aptitude and a desire to learn and operate printing equipment. They perform all tasks with a high attention to detail, have a positive outlook and remain calm under pressure. Manager trainees display strong written and verbal communication skills, and use these skills to communicate with clients regarding jobs, status and expectations. They participate in daily management decisions and ensure that all work is completed with accuracy. Manager Trainees often troubleshoot and problem solve equipment, computer and related software issues.
Requirements: Minimum two (2) years customer service (any industry); valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Management experience in the restaurant and retail industry is a plus.
The right candidate for this position will easily be able to deliver printing orders to businesses using Quik Print vehicles while navigating their way promptly through Tulsa. They will provide excellent customer service, help maintain store cleanliness, and gain experience through hands on training.
Requirements: Good driving record (safety is a priority); Valid Driver’s License; Friendly, helpful and positive attitude; High School Diploma; Stable work history; Requires lifting and handling of materials up to 50 lbs.; Neat/clean appearance; No visible tattoos or piercings; Must pass a drug test
